About Overhauled
Whilst we don't specialise in complete rebuilds we do seem to get involved in a few interesting projects.
We've installed a 3.5 litre BMW six cylinder engine into our BMW E30 complete with the correct manual box. There's a lot more to do regarding a cage, brakes and suspension but it's a long-term project so we're not rushing it.
Andy bought a 1972 Pontiac Le Mans Tempest that was not only in a sorry state but also had a 6-cylinder engine. After much body restoration, sweat, blood tears and foul language the car now sports a proper engine (V8), new paint, an interior from a Saab (!) and looks a million times better than when it was delivered by trailer some months ago.
Nathan's 1980 Trans-Am is sans engine - its being painted - but has new fibreglass front wings, newly repaired doors and is being rewired and then repainted. Will look considerably different than it did and it's expected to be ready by April ready for the various shows.
We also have a fabulous 1959 Ford F100 pick up belonging to a customer. We've fitted a 302ci V8, and auto box, power brakes, power steering and lots more. It's been completely rewired and the next step is the fitting of a stainless steel exhaust system. After that we're getting close to the finish line.
We're trying to post as many photos as we can of all of them. Check out what we've done so far in 'Gallery'
